Confirmation & Payments - To confirm your booking, a deposit of 50% by wire transfer or pay-pal is required. After the payment is received we will send you a confirmation voucher with payment receipt. All transfers shall be made net of bank charges and exchange commissions.
Balance is due 30 days before arrival or cash on arrival.
Meals Policy is very flexible.
You may bring your own grocery or ask the staff to shop for you and provide the requisite bills.
If you are not interested in shopping or organize the menu, we provide breakfast for US$15 and dinner for US$30 per person.
Staff Services - Our Staff will be available from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 pm.
The services include daily cleaning and cooking.
Late evening service attracts US$30 for extra time and transportation.
Gratuities for the staff are not include, at your discretion, to pay directly to the staff at the end of your stay.
Cancellation Policy - Cancellations greater than 45 days of the check in date, there will be a full refund of the reservation deposit, (less a 10% handling fee).
For cancellations within 45 days of the check in date, there will be no refund of the reservation deposit.
